Payment Options

At 123ePayment.com, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, *Checks and Postal Money Orders (issued by the US Post Office only) for payment of all purchases.

Paying By *Check or Postal Money Order?

If you are paying by Check or Postal Money Order you can print and mail us your order by following the 3-Easy Steps below:

  1. Place all of the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, then click on the "Check Out" button.
  2. Next, click on the "Pay By Check" button, enter your contact information, then click on "Submit."
  3. Finally, verify the accuracy of your order, then click on the "Click to Continue" button. From there, print two copies of your order and include one with your payment.

Credit Card Security

Credit card security is of utmost importance to us at 123ePayment.com. During the purchasing process, all transactions are encrypted for added security. Furthermore, we use Address Verification and Card Verification Value (CVV2) Services to reduce the chance of fraud.

For your protection, if we feel an order is suspicious, we will contact you either by email or phone to verify the order. Please be assured that this is only a precautionary measure for your protection.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses within the state of California are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Shipments to all other states are exempt from sales tax.

Back Orders & Partial Shipments

If any of the items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay. At that time you have the option to receive the partial order, or delay the entire order until all items are available. If you want us to ship the partial order, we will do so. When the "Back Ordered" items become available we will contact you to see if you still want the item(s). If so, we will ship the remainder of the order to you. If you decide to delay the entire order until all items are available, we will contact you when everything is "In Stock" to see if you still want the order shipped. In either case, we will only charge your credit card for item(s) that have shipped. Please note that most out-of-stock items are usually back in stock within 5 days.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any of the items on your order are missing or were damaged in shipping please call us at 888-838-1458, or send an email to shipping@123ePayment.com for instructions on what to do next. When contacting us, be sure to include your full name, the date and time you received the order, the condition the package and contents were received in, and the invoice/order number listed on your email receipt. Be sure to keep all packaging and contents as the shipping company may require these for claim processing.

Defective Products

If any of the items on your order are defective, please call us at 888-838-1458, or send an email to returns@123ePayment.com for instructions on what to do next. When contacting us, be sure to include your full name, the product number (SKU), description, invoice/order number located on your email receipt, along with a brief description of what's wrong with the item(s). Before contacting us, please review the "Returns & Refunds" section below. Also, be sure to keep all packaging materials as they will be needed to return the item(s) to us.

Returns, Refunds & Credits

Refund policy for ebooks

123epayment.com does not give refunds to customers who did not receive their download instructions or who have technical difficulties with ebooks for ebooks. Rather, we will be happy to send you a physical version at no extra charge via FEDEX 3 day air if you did not get your downloading instructions if you request a physical version by sending us an "Ebook problem" email from the email section of 123epayment.com.

Refund policy for physical products

123epayment.com does not guarantee refunds unless you purchased the wrong thing by mistake and you contact us by phone at 888-838-1458 within (24) hours of the purchase date and time. You must get an (RMA)(please read the instructions below) before making a return. If you contact us after 24 hours is up, but before 72 hours is up, we still will most likely refund your payment.

123epayment.com does not refund payments for people who ordered a product and then changed their mind about what they had ordered. We only refund for people who made a blatent mistake and catch it right after ordering.

Instructions for RMA

Before returning any items, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. To receive a RMA, call us at 888-838-1458, or send an email to returns@123epayment.com. Be sure to include your name, invoice/order number, order date, product number (SKU), quantity and description, along with a brief description of why you are returning the item.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with detailed return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) and/or packaging to determine if a credit is due. After inspection by us, we will notify you via email of our decision and an appropriate "credit" will be issued.

Refund Amounts

The amount of the refund will be the cost of the item plus tax (but not shipping). The buyer must pay for return shipping.
